An RV (Recreational Vehicle) is a home on wheels, with familiar features like doors, windows, steps, cabinets, skylights, awnings, and an air conditioner. And just like your home, the fixtures, hardware and equipment on an RV can become worn and broken from use. But because equipment for RVs is specially designed, and since they also have a lot of gear that is unique to RVs, forget about running down to the local home center for parts when you want to make repairs or upgrade your camper. No worries though, we have everything you need to make improvement to your motorhome or travel trailer and keep it in top shape, and it’s just a phone call away.

One of the best reasons to go RVing is that you can roam far and wide exploring the great outdoors while always having the comforts of home close at hand. No matter what the outside temperature is you’ll always be comfortable inside your camper with our selection of A/C and heating products. We offer a large selection of A/C units from the top brands in a range of BTUs, so you can get the cooling capacity that’s right for the size of your living space. We offer rooftop units and ceiling assemblies, including aerodynamic low-profile units that provide better clearance and reduced drag for improved fuel mileage, and under bench/under floor units that don’t affect roof clearance. Some A/C units are available with a heat pump, so you can be warm on cold weather trips, and we also offer propane furnaces. Or if you need to repair your A/C and/or heater, we offer many replacement parts including motors, blower wheels, temperature sensors, thermostats, control boxes, capacitors, and much more. We also offer a variety of portable heaters and fans including battery powered, 12V, and 120V units.

Plenty of fresh air flow will keep your RV comfortable and conserve energy that would otherwise be spent on air conditioning. We have roof vents that can be opened and closed, vents that incorporate fans, and roof vent covers, sidewall vents, vents for compartments, and specialized vents for ranges and plumbing. Besides allowing fresh air into your camper vents also help dissipate odors from cooking and other sources. We also have an extensive selection of vent repair parts including vent grilles, lids, crank handles, and more. Many of the vents we offer have translucent lids that act as skylights, plus we have an assortment of dedicated skylights in different shapes and in clear, smoke or other tints. The natural light from skylights can also conserve energy that would otherwise be used to power electric lights, and the sunshine they allow will also help to warm the camper in colder weather. In our hardware section you’ll also find many vertical lift and horizontal sliding windows that provide light and ventilation as well as frames, channel, drip caps, latches, knobs, and many other window parts.

Just like conventional wood-framed houses, motorhomes and travel trailers have entry and interior doors, as well as doors for various compartments. If you’d like to upgrade or repair the doors on your camper you’ve come to the right place. We have square and radius entrance doors that come with obscure glass and matching screen doors in a wide range of sizes. Knobs, handles, locks, latches, slides, and hinges are some of the most used components in the typical home, seeing action every time doors, as well as cabinets, and drawers, are opened and closed. The same is true for the typical RV. We have a large selection of lock cylinders and keys, and replacement keys; keyed and keyless touch pad locks; deadbolt lock sets; door holdbacks; door knobs and levers; door stops; door hinges and catches; door latches and strikers; door chimes; door handles; sliding door wheels, tracks, guides and bumpers; and cabinet and drawer hardware; along with new fasteners for component attachment.

Along with doors for human access, RVs have many compartments for cargo storage that have access doors, and other components and systems that require doors and hatches, and we offer an assortment of these products. We have access doors, baggage doors, cable hatches, water hatches, fuel hatches, electrical hatches, and bumper hatches, and many styles are available with and without locks. Many doors and hatches on an RV are held open with lift supports, also known as gas springs, gas props or gas struts, and it’s common for these components to wear out with use and allow the door or hatch to sag. Our lift supports come in a wide range of lengths and pound force ratings, so you’ll have no problems finding the ones that are right for your application. Many RVs have slide outs that extend from the side or rear of the coach to expand the interior living space when the RV is parked. Some compartments also have sliding trays that allow easy access to cargo and heavy components like generators. We have the parts you need to service slide outs including seals, motors, solenoids, switches, and slide kits, as well as complete sliding tray assemblies in a range of sizes.

RVs are tall vehicles and the doors are too far from the ground to access without steps. We offer both manual and electric steps, including steps that extend automatically when the door is opened and automatically retract when the ignition key is turned on, as well as service and replacement parts for powered steps. If you want to upgrade the look and feel of your steps, we also have outrigger and landing step carpet in a wide range of colors. In addition to these steps, we have an assortment of portable folding safety steps, stools and platforms. Ladders are a necessity on RVs for accessing the roof when maintenance is needed and for reaching bunk beds. The roof ladder can be even more useful with the addition of bike or chair rack, or clothes dryer attachments, and bunk ladders are available with tread covers that are easy on bare feet.

One of the most enjoyable parts of the RV lifestyle is relaxing under the RV’s awning after a long day spent on the road or out adventuring. There are power and manually operated awnings that extend from the roof of the RV to create a patio area, as well as door and window awnings. Some RV slide outs have awnings that automatically extend with the slide out. We offer complete awnings in a wide range of sizes and colors, awning sun block panels that extend the awning’s protection, LED awning lights, rugs and mats, and even complete paneled or screened rooms that can be set up under the awning, as well as a large collection of awning parts including pull straps, tie-downs, and anchors and mounting kits and arms. LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas), commonly known as propane, is an RV necessity that is typically used for cooking, heating water, running appliances like refrigerators, and heating the interior. We have a full complement of LPG equipment and accessories including tanks (cylinders); tank mounting brackets and covers; and regulators, hoses, fittings, adapters, sensors, monitors, and many other propane plumbing and control products.

I needed an A/C cover for a 1988 camper and did not think I would be able to find one. CAMPERiD had one that seemed like the right one but I was not sure. I ordered it, halfway expecting to have to send it back. Shipping was faster than expected and it fit perfectly! All of the screw holes lined up and installed in minutes. It was a tremendous relief to check this off the list of repairs for an old camper. Thank you CAMPERiD!!
